Terms of Sale and Website Disclaimer Terms of sale Purchased physical (non downloadable) products, are currently in the form of a twin Audio CD set mounted in a 2-disc DVD case, a larger paperback book, or a pocket sized paperback book, and are packed and posted by the author on receipt of payment via Paypal. Sales of downloadable versions of the product (e-book and MP3 audiobook) are available through a third-party: Lulu.com - who are responsible for collecting payment and ensuring the customer recieves the product in good time. Returns policy For obvious reasons, a returns policy is not possible on data products. All physical product sales are final, unless the book is received in damaged / faulty condition, or is shipped in error. Notification of damage must be received within 7 days of receipt of goods. All postage costs remain non-refundable. Postage & Dispatch I promise to try to dispatch your order to you as quickly as possible, and within 24 hours. (weekends & public holidays excluded). Postal Transit Time For the UK, I use Royal Mail First class for most deliveries. In 99% of all cases, I am happy to report that Royal mail do deliver on time, and with care taken. Although Royal mail state average delivery times as: "1 working day" for their First class service, it must be understood that this is not a guaranteed on-time delivery service. For delivery to the rest of the world, Airmail is used, and delivery times can vary vastly between countries. For the USA and EU countries, delivery us usually within 4 - 7 working days unless the parcel is stopped at customs (see delayed items notes below). Delayed items (UK) Before a parcel can be declared "lost", Royal Mail stipulate that at least 15 working days must have passed from the date of posting, at which point I will be happy to send a replacement product. Ultimately, on every occasion, the parcel will turn up. Please allow 15 working days before getting in touch as I am physically unable to do anything about it before this time has passed. Delayed items (Rest of the world) All international sales will be posted via air-mail. For the USA and EU this will usually arrive within about 4 - 7 working days. Other areas of the world could take longer. However, if your parcel is stopped at customs (random check), it may take considerably longer, so please bear this in mind if there appears to be a delay. Please allow up to six weeks for delivery. Customs If your parcel / purchase is stopped by your country’s customs service, there may be additional fees to be paid by you in order to receieve the goods. (these are usually represented as a percentage of the original purchase price.) in some cases a handling fee may also be charged. Any additional fees incurred in transit, beyond the original postage costs, remain the responsibility of the purchaser. I can not be held accountable for any customs fees or other charges in relation to the sending of goods from this website. No refund can be given due to the non-payment, or refusal to pay customs (or similar) charges by the purchaser.
